Alibaba Group Eyes Ethiopia Teck Sector
Alibaba Group a Chinese multinational conglomerate is eyeing opportunities in Ethiopia, Jack Ma, Chair of the Group disclosed during his meeting with Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed in Davos.
They discussed the future of disruptive technologies on markets and society, according to the the Office of the Prime Minister.
Jack agreed to consider potential investment in a tech city in Ethiopia that will impact daily lives of the people in the region, the office added.
